Paralegal The candidate will be working knowledge of litigation support applications Working knowledge of relational databases and trial support programs, Strong written/communication skills, Thorough knowledge of all phases of litigation, discovery and trial procedures, Knowledge of legal principles and practices at a level normally required through formal paralegal training or its equivalent, Knowledge of real estate/unlawful detainers is a plus, but not required.
