Overview:
**Members Only**, a prestigious law firm based in Philadelphia, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join their team. This is a hybrid position that offers a flexible work arrangement and a reasonable billable hours expectation, along with the opportunity for advancement and specialization. The attorney will primarily work with the firm's nationally recognized Construction Litigation practice, representing clients involved in construction, surety, and fidelity litigation.

Responsibilities:
• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation cases, from inception to resolution
• Draft pleadings, conduct discovery, and prepare for trial
• Work closely with clients and gain significant subject matter familiarity and litigation skills

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation
• Strong experience in construction, surety, and insurance litigation preferred
• Excellent litigation skills, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and trial preparation
• Admission to the PA bar required; NJ bar admission a plus
