Job Title: Attorney - General Liability Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney - General Liability Associate will join the Civil Litigation and Trial practice group at a law firm. The primary responsibilities include engaging in various stages of the litigation process, which encompasses:
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Working with key client teams to deliver successful outcomes
- Weekly travel to Delaware will eventually be required

Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law in Delaware
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in civil litigation is required
- Experience should include taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Ideally, candidates should also be licensed to practice in Maryland and/or Pennsylvania
- Candidates should have practiced in one or more areas of civil litigation, such as general liability, commercial litigation, construction, and/or insurance defense
- Strong writing skills and strategic thinking are essential
