Job Title: Compliance Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The Compliance Specialist, also referred to as an Audit Specialist, will be responsible for conducting both internal and external audits to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards. This role involves reviewing internal policies and making recommendations for improvements. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting internal and external audit fulfillment
- Running and reviewing exception reports
- Pulling and reviewing documents/accounts as requested by clients
- Assisting with audit remediations

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Compliance Specialist position are expected to have:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business, legal, or a similar field
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues to both internal and external audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- The ability to support team members and transition between assignments as needed to meet business objectives
- High dependability and exceptional attention to detail
