**Members Only**, a globally recognized law firm, is seeking a Litigation Career Associate with 7+ years of experience to join their Litigation Business Unit in any of their office locations in the United States. This is a full-time, non-partner attorney position with a competitive salary range of $150,000-$234,000. Orrick offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including health and wellness benefits, paid time off, and a 401K program.

As a Career Associate at Orrick, you will have the opportunity to work on trial teams and manage the trial calendar, while also assisting with staffing associates within the group. Your responsibilities will also include preparing client communications and thought leadership materials, overseeing long-term projects, and working closely with practice lawyers to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

This position requires at least 7 years of litigation legal experience, exceptional writing skills, and attention to detail. You must also have outstanding communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Orrick prioritizes collegiality among its lawyers and offers training and mentoring programs, retreats, and shadowing opportunities to ensure seamless integration into client teams.

- Drafting briefs, motions, and discovery documents
- Handling discovery tasks, including e-discovery
- Assisting with preparation of witnesses for depositions
- Assisting with preparation for trials

Compensation and Benefits:

The expected salary range for this position is between $150,000 and $234,000. Orrick is committed to providing a comprehensive, competitive, and thoughtful total compensation package to its attorneys and staff. Other compensation may include an annual discretionary merit bonus, based on individual and firm performance.
