Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal matters through all stages of transactions
- Advise senior management on legal considerations
- Stay current with M&A trends and regulatory developments
- Coordinate legal aspects of acquisitions and dispositions
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements
- Prepare regulatory filings
- Conduct research and advise senior management

Requirements:
- JD with minimum 5 years' experience at a top law firm
- Experience with M&A and corporate transactions
- Member of the bar in at least one state

Skills:
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong ethics and judgment
- Team player

Salary Range:
$128, - $231,
