The Law Firm of Frost Brown Todd is seeking a Video/Webinar Conference Coordinator to join our team in a remote position. This Regular Full-Time position is open to candidates located in Charleston, WV, Cincinnati, OH, Columbus, OH, Dallas, TX, Florence, KY, Houston, TX, Indianapolis, IN, Lexington, KY, Louisville, KY, Nashville, TN, Pittsburgh, PA, and West Chester, OH. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working in a professional services environment and will be responsible for coordinating conference rooms, video equipment, and all other logistical needs for video and webinar meetings. Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate conference rooms, video equipment and webinar accounts for firm meetings
- Maintain a basic understanding of the firm's cloud-based video conference bridge and how it is used for meetings
- Coordinate special technical requests such as PowerPoint presentations, external participant connections, and laptop requirements
- Conduct comprehensive run-throughs for all webinars and special meetings to ensure smooth execution
- Serve as the host for webinars and meetings, guiding participants through the event and collaborating with panelists for seamless presentations
- Set up, connect, and manage webinars
- Create and implement interactive features within virtual events, such as Q&A sessions and live polling
- Ensure compliance with new OH CLE requirements for participation verification
- Ensure meetings start on time

Job Requirements:

- Some college preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional services environment
- Excellent organization and attention to detail skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with tools such as Recording and Transcribing, Polls, Q&A, and Breakout Rooms within Teams/Zoom meetings
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and team-oriented mindset
- Commitment to providing high-quality client service
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word
- Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and business professionals
- Professional appearance and communication skills for interacting with colleagues and clients
- Occasional irregular hours or more than 40 hours per week may be required for this position
