Client Representative/Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare demand letters, notices, and documentation.
- Communicate with attorneys, homeowners, board members, property managers, and other relevant parties.
- Respond to and resolve requests or issues reported by clients and/or third parties.
- Provide customer service to clients and management companies.
- Docket appropriate dates and details with timely follow-up.
- Maintain clear and organized notes detailing daily activity on accounts in the law firm database.
- Enter billing for services and expenses incurred.
- Process payments received from debtors and third parties.
- E-file court documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
- Preferred project management skills.
- Post-secondary education is preferred.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is preferred.
- Experience with Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
- Required strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with professional telephone etiquette are required.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player, prioritize, multi-task, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
- Ability to analyze basic legal documents and learn the software of the law firm is required.
- Ability to coordinate communication and workflows is required.
- Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills is required.
- Typing speed of 50+ WPM with 90%+ accuracy is required.
Salary Information:
- The starting hourly rate for this role is , contingent upon the level of legal experience.
- Compensation ranges from to per hour.
