Client Junior Paralegal - Media Review The candidate will type, format, and edit correspondence and legal documents, with short notice and tight deadlines. Collect, organize, and save data and documents. Use of client query tools to search for data and to submit requests to client. Analyze basic legal requests and escalate for attorney review, as needed. Communicate by telephone, email, and mail with project team members; clients; and counsel and other legal professionals outside the firm. Answer, screen, and respond to phone calls. Accurately and completely record billable time spent and tasks performed in accordance with firm policy and client-imposed billing protocols; enter and release time promptly in compliance with the firm's announced deadlines. Enter data into tracking systems. Other duties as assigned. Four-year college degree is a plus. Should have 2+ years as a legal professional (legal assistant or paralegal) or substantial law-related undergraduate coursework with paralegal training. An Interest in technology in the workplace and technology companies is required. Previous experience in a law firm or professional services organization, supporting a multi-office environment is preferred.
