Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, vendors, and personnel with courtesy and professionalism
- Coordinate conference room and visitor office usage
- Manage food orders and payment for meetings and events
- Record and manage visitor information for building security
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of reception desk and conference rooms
- Provide administrative support for attorneys and clients
- Assist with office communications and general administrative tasks
Requirements:
- Some college preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of office experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
