Real Estate Paralegal The candidate should be proficient in the preparation of Cash Settlement Statements, Closing Disclosures, Seller Documents and other ancillary documents. The candidate must be able to work files start to finish. The candidate will maintain primary communication with lenders, loan officers and attorneys to acquire, analyze and organize all necessary documents needed to process North and/or South Carolina Residential Real Estate closing packages and have the ability to balance the workload to accommodate demands of the job, and exceed customer expectations. Should have 2 years experience at a Real Estate Closing Paralegal. Possess the skill set to manage multiple priorities. Strong communication skills - both verbally and electronically.
