Job Title: Personal Injury Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential personal injury claims and provide legal advice to prospective clients based on data generated from the Needles database (experience with Needles preferred).
- Manage a team and effectively communicate with personal injury paralegals, legal assistants, case managers, litigation paralegals, and legal secretaries.
- Document and update the status of all case files in the case management system.
- Draft, review, and modify claims, motions, discovery responses, demand letters, pleadings, subpoenas, memorandums, and other legal documents.
- Research case law and premises liability, gather insurance policies, medical expenses, medical records, and other evidence relevant to the case.
- Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, insurance company adjusters, supporting witnesses, and medical providers to gather information.
- Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, depositions, and litigation.
- Negotiate suitable agreements and settle on the clients’ behalf when appropriate.
- Oversee and handle personal injury case files from inception through trial.

Education and Experience Information:
- Applicants must be admitted to practice law in the state of Pennsylvania, with admission in New Jersey preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in handling all phases of litigation from inception through trial is required.
- At least 1+ years of experience in personal injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed.
- A good understanding of personal injury law, tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired.
- Strong legal research and writing abilities are essential.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in Spanish is considered a plus.
- Applicants must be computer proficient and demonstrate a strong professional work ethic.
