Family Law Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. Will be conducting research, basic legal drafting, doing data entry, scheduling, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests, as needed. Work remotely or in office. Legal fact and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Coordinate and schedule calendars.

The candidate should have Bachelor's degree or equivalent. Must have 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant, Paralegal or Attorney. Recent Family Law Experience necessary. Civil litigation experience a plus.
