Overview:

- The Paralegal I will primarily support the Office of Special Counsel team in conducting and managing internal investigations, responding to government inquiries, and managing special projects.

- The position offers a hybrid work schedule with 2-3 days per week in the office at **Members Only**'s headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with attorneys on internal investigations, including participating in witness interviews and drafting interview memoranda.
- Manage document collection, review, and production, including working with e-discovery vendors.
- Track and drive progress on government investigations and inquiries.
- Manage internal team reporting on matter metrics and goals.
- Assist with document organization and filing.
- Plan and organize events.
- Establish a collaborative working relationship with the litigation team and business clients.
- Participate in process improvements and special assignments.
- Be an enthusiastic member of the Justice League of **Members Only** and its committees.

Qualifications:

- Associate's Degree required, Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program preferred.
- Active listening skills and strong written and oral communication skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness and desire to learn new skills.
- Team-oriented with a focus on collaboration, support, and continuous improvement.
