Job Title: Corporate Paralegal

- Utilize legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and documentation.
Education and Experience Information:
- A valid Paralegal Certificate is required.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and strong legal administrative experience.
- Document management skills and experience in litigation support and case management are essential.
- Excellent writing and communication skills are necessary for effective documentation and correspondence.
- Knowledge of estate planning, family law, and landlord-tenant law is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining accurate and comprehensive legal records.
Salary Information:
