Job Title: Deals Contract Management - Senior Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage every aspect of business transactions from sourcing to deal close.
- Create and review proposals for client projects.
- Innovate processes to enhance project outcomes.
- Lead large-scale projects and drive strategic initiatives.
- Interact with clients at a senior level to ensure project success.
- Lead and train teams in managing client engagements.
- Foster positive working relationships with clients.
- Direct the team through complexity and demonstrate composure through ambiguous, challenging, and uncertain situations.
- Initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels.
- Make difficult decisions and take action to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness.
- Model and reinforce professional and technical standards, the company's code of conduct, and independence requirements.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems, or Statistics.
- 7 years of experience in the relevant field.
- A Master's Degree is an advantage.
- Demonstrated use of analytics tools, such as Tableau, PowerBI, SQL.
- Proven data manipulation and technical skills.
- Understanding of industry-specific business processes and accounting practices.
- Experience in managing multiple engagement teams and competing priorities.
- Paralegal and/or legal background; database and programming certifications, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $256,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.

Additional Information:
- Travel requirements are up to 40%.
