Job Title: Tax Consultant II, Transfer Pricing
Job Responsibilities:
As a Tax Consultant II in Transfer Pricing, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with intercompany pricing issues on a global scale. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of . economists, tax attorneys, business professionals, and tax specialists to analyze and resolve international transfer pricing issues faced by multinational enterprises across various industries.
- Developing a deep understanding of your client’s business and the industry in which they operate to provide tailored solutions.
- Performing detailed economic and financial analyses, including conducting database searches for benchmark companies and utilizing proprietary financial models.
- Assisting in drafting proposals, reports, document requests, presentations, and other client materials to effectively communicate findings and recommendations.
Education and Experience Information:
Qualifications for the role of Tax Consultant II in Transfer Pricing include:
Required:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a consulting, business, or academic environment.
- A Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, or an equivalent field.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities within a hybrid work model, requiring co-location in person 2-3 days per week.
- Ability to travel 25% on average, depending on the work, clients, and industries served.
- One of the following active accreditations obtained, in process, or willing to obtain:
- Licensed CPA in the state of practice/primary office if eligible to sit for the CPA.
- If not CPA eligible, one of the other designations listed below based on role requirements and business approval:
- Licensed attorney
- Enrolled Agent
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or . in Economics, Finance, Management, Business, Public Policy, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or equivalent (Master’s or . preferred)
- Other: foreign equivalent of the above
Preferred:
- Previous experience with a Big 4 firm, transfer pricing, or financial experience.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical abilities.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
Salary Information:
The wage range for this role considers the wide range of factors involved in making compensation decisions, including skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,160 to $109,680.
