Job Title: Employment Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Defend and litigate lawsuits involving a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges.
- Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
- Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters. This includes handling cases related to class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, contract issues, employment torts, and non-compete agreements.
- Preference for candidates with Class Action/PAGA experience, though it is not required.

Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA) accredited law school, with excellent academic credentials.
- 4-6 years of experience, with a strong preference for candidates with a background in employment law.
- Must have current admission to the California Bar in good standing.
- Understanding of current agency procedures at both the state and federal levels is required.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
- Candidates must demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills are required.
- A commitment to professionalism, collegiality, and teamwork is essential.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is applicable to the law firm's California offices. It is determined by various factors including experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, and other business and organizational needs.
- The expected salary range for this position is $216,500 to $233,500. This range does not include the full range of compensation, and actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other legally permitted factors.
