Job Title: Privacy and Security Compliance Implementation Program Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute compliance programs across product areas to drive business outcomes that promote compliance standards and principles.
- Partner with cross-functional program teams, influencing alignment on program goals and strategy.
- Develop relationships and communicate findings to all levels of management.
- Develop materials to train business partners on compliance programs and partner with businesses to improve their compliance programs.
- Conduct risk assessments, identify potential compliance gaps, and develop and implement mitigation plans, strategies, and frameworks.
Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Requires 7 years of experience in compliance, risk management, investigation, auditing, legal, or consulting.
- Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in Law, Business, or Compliance.
- Experience with identifying risks and developing solutions to ensure ongoing compliance and mitigate issues is desirable.
- Experience in compliance program management principles, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks is preferred.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, within the team and external stakeholders, is necessary.
- Ability to bring structure to complex and ambiguous situations along with excellent problem-solving skills is advantageous.
Salary Information:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $131,000-$192,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
- Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location, with individual pay determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
