Overview: Orrick is currently seeking a highly motivated attorney with 4 to 8+ years of experience to join our Energy & Infrastructure practice in Washington, ., Houston, New York, or San Francisco. This is a regular full-time position for a non-partner attorney.
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients within the infrastructure sector in an exciting, fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with equity sponsors, financing parties, and other private sector participants in the PPP space.
- Utilize 4 to 8+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure-focused projects, specifically with PPP, project financing, and drop-downs.
- Collaborate with a diverse team of 150 lawyers in our award-winning energy & infrastructure practice.
- Receive top-notch training and mentoring through various programs and opportunities.
- Connect with peers and mentors to ensure integration into client teams.
Qualifications:
- Must be highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials.
- Superior communication skills are a must.
- Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Expected salary range of $310,000 to $435,000.
