Litigation Paralegal The candidate should have prepared for discovery on pending litigation including drafting interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admissions, and response to the same. Trial preparation (exhibits, planning, and preparation of demonstrative evidence, jury instructions, SDTs, trial notebooks. Work knowledge of an eDiscovery platform (. Eclipse SE). Understand the native form of documents and the ability to load documents and provide a summary. Should have 5+ years of experience. Should have the ability to extract documents; redact and Bates label documents within the platform; ability to work independently.
