**Members Only**, a prestigious law firm located in Washington, ., is currently seeking a mid-level to senior associate or counsel with at least 3+ years of experience in Real Estate. This individual will support our Real Estate practice, which handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions. Our clients include institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds, and we assist them in all phases of the investment cycle as well as sophisticated lending transactions.
The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate, with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, financings, or joint ventures. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required for this position. Candidates must also be admitted to the DC Bar or eligible to waive into the DC Bar.
This position offers a competitive salary of $225,000 to $450,000, although the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's skills and experience level. As a Real Estate Associate/Counsel at **Members Only**, your responsibilities will include:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
