Position Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits Partner to join our Tax practice group. This position can be based out of any of our eight Florida locations and requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a law firm. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits matters, including defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, 401k plans, and profit-sharing plans. Strong drafting and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work within deadlines are essential for this role. Candidates must be a member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one, and a portable book of business is highly preferred. We offer a competitive compensation package for this position.
