Job Title: Conflicts Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform conflict-of-interest searches on provided software systems for all new clients/matters, internal hires, internal searches, and updates.
- Conduct corporate family research.
- Maintain appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant systems.
- Keep search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches.
- Execute other basic clerical duties as required.
- Monitor the integrity of the system’s operations and ensure accuracy of data maintained in the system.
- Perform preliminary reviews of conflict of interest results for lateral hires.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum two years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department is required.
- Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system is preferred.
- Knowledge of Intapp Open is a plus.
- Minimum two years of general record keeping and/or filing experience is required.
- A background in corporate research or library-related work is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
The offered salary for the Conflicts Coordinator position will be determined by various factors, including but not limited to, work location, individual skill set, previous/applicable experience, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity.
