Job Title: Insurance Coverage Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyzing insurance policies to determine coverage applicability and limitations.
- Drafting coverage opinions, reservations of rights, and disclaimers to communicate coverage positions.
- Providing coverage recommendations based on analysis and case developments.
- Monitoring Directors & Officers (D&O), Employment Practices Liability (EPL), and Errors & Omissions (E&O) cases across the United States to ensure compliance and manage risks.
- Regularly reporting to a leading Lloyd’s Syndicate to update on case progress and coverage matters.
- Independently managing cases from inception to resolution, ensuring effective and timely handling of all related legal issues.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as coverage and monitoring counsel, specifically for Lloyd’s of London program matters.
- Experience in interpreting D&O, E&O, and EPL insurance policies and drafting coverage opinions.
- Preferred experience with Lloyd’s of London program accounts as coverage and monitoring counsel.
- Admission to the New York State Bar is required.
- Candidates must possess superior legal research, writing, and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational and time management skills are essential.
- Excellent academic credentials are required.

Salary Information:
- Target Hiring Range: $135,000 - $175,000.
- The stated salary range is an estimate and not a guarantee of a specific offer; actual compensation will be determined based on market location, candidate’s experience, skills, and job-related qualifications.
- Base salary is one component of a comprehensive Total Rewards package, which includes a discretionary and billable hours-based bonus program and a robust benefits offering for full-time employees.
