We are seeking a talented Human Resources Generalist to oversee all team member related processes and issues, ensuring compliance with all firm processes, programs, and applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruiting, onboarding, training, performance management, and benefits administration
- Conduct performance reviews and recommend bonuses and merit increases
- Develop and maintain team member relations programs and employee handbook
- Analyze key performance indicators to identify trends and provide recommendations to the leadership team
- Attend weekly executive staff meetings
- Assess and provide recommendations for competitive compensation and incentive programs

Qualifications:

- 5-10 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with at least 3 years in a law firm setting
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and laws and regulations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits:
