They should also have the ability to work independently and in a team environment to provide top-notch service to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle general transactional matters such as commercial finance, corporate, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and/or financial services
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice to clients
- Draft and review legal documents and contracts
- Represent clients in negotiations and transactions
- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to provide comprehensive legal solutions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar

- Strong understanding of commercial finance, corporate, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and/or financial services
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
