The Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and organized Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Attorneys to assist with client cases from start to finish. We offer a competitive salary range of to per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with clients and provide updates on case status
- Draft correspondence and legal documents using firm templates
- Prepare enclosures and gather necessary documents
- Request and summarize police reports, private investigation reports, and medical records
- Communicate with insurance representatives
- Assist Attorneys with client related procedures
- Coordinate Pre-settlement Funding for clients

Qualifications:

- College degree or equivalent education and office experience preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in an office setting
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
