Salary: $66,000 - $160,000 (Target Hiring Range)
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal support to attorneys within the designated practice area
- Organize, index and maintain case files
- Assist with the preparation and drafting of various legal documents
- Perform cite checking and Bluebooking
- Conduct legal research
- Gather case related materials
- Prepare and file documents with federal and state courts, arbitration and dispute resolution bodies, and government agencies
- Maintain docketing calendar to ensure timely filings
- Manage large portfolio of cases and track deadlines
- Prepare trial work spaces and provide administrative trial support
- Work overtime as needed, which may include weekends or holidays
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate, preferred or equivalent job experience
- At least four (4) years of related work experience
- Experience with the ITC preferred
- Experience with PTAB and Federal Circuit required
- Trial experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Ability to work flexible and/or fluctuating work hours
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
