Fisher Phillips, a top law firm specializing in employment law, is seeking experienced associates with 3-5 years of experience in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation to join their Employee Defection and Trade Secrets practice group. This exciting opportunity is available in several of our offices across the country, including Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Irvine, and New York.
Key Responsibilities:
- Litigate restrictive covenant and trade secret matters, including motions for injunctive relief, expedited discovery, and depositions
- Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborate with colleagues and clients to achieve successful outcomes
- Stay current on relevant laws and developments in the field of employee defection and trade secrets
Qualifications:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in restrictive covenant and trade secret litigation
- Admission to the state bar and . from an ABA-accredited law school
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure
- Familiarity with computer forensics and e-discovery issues preferred
Location:
- Atlanta, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Irvine, or New York
- Candidates must reside within reasonable proximity to one of these office locations
Salary and Benefits:
- Yearly salary range of $175,000 - $235,000
- Actual base pay determined by relevant experience, internal equity, skills, and other job-related factors
