Job Title: IP Litigation Associate
Job Responsibilities:
The IP Litigation Associate will be part of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group at the law firm. The responsibilities include:
- Engaging in complex intellectual property litigation cases.
- Conducting thorough research and analysis related to intellectual property law.
- Drafting legal documents, including briefs, motions, and pleadings.
- Participating in all phases of the litigation process, from discovery to trial.
- Collaborating with team members to develop and execute litigation strategies.
- Communicating effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Navigating and understanding complex legal subject matters quickly and effectively.
- Supporting the growth and development of the national practice within the law firm.
Education and Experience Information:
- Candidates must have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active bar admission in the jurisdiction where the candidate intends to practice is required.
- A high level of academic achievement is expected.
- Candidates should possess at least 4 years of intellectual property litigation experience.
- Experience with the Federal Circuit is considered a plus.
- Solid experience in a law firm environment or clerking is necessary.
- Superb research, writing, and communication skills are essential.
Salary Information:
- The salary for the IP Litigation Associate position ranges from $230,000 to $310,000 annually, depending on experience.
- A discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
- The role is eligible for various firm benefits, including medical insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, voluntary insurance (including vision), a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.

- The position is open to all law firm offices, with a preference for locations such as San Francisco, Houston, Dallas, Denver, Kansas City, or Washington, .
