The Law Firm, a premier national law firm with offices across the United States, is seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Attorney to join their Fresno, CA office. The firm's Fresno office is known for its dynamic and sophisticated practice, representing premier local and national employers. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience to handle a wide range of labor & employment matters involving cutting-edge topics and interesting clients.

The Labor & Employment Attorney will join a diverse practice group that handles single plaintiff employment litigation, as well as wage & hour class litigation. This position offers a flexible hybrid schedule, providing a good work-life balance for the right candidate. The chosen candidate will have direct client interaction and significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters. The salary range for this position is $145,000 to $190,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities:

- Handle a wide range of labor & employment matters involving cutting-edge topics and interesting clients.
- Represent premier local and national employers in employment litigation.
- Work on both single plaintiff employment litigation and wage & hour class litigation.
- Provide direct client interaction and take on significant responsibility on complex and sophisticated legal matters.
- Collaborate with a diverse practice group and work on a variety of cases.
- Attend hearings, depositions, and mediations as needed.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
- Participate in formal mentorship, training, and development programs.
- Maintain a good work-life balance with a flexible hybrid schedule.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years of employment litigation experience.
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the California State Bar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Prior experience in labor & employment law is preferred.
