Job Title: Paralegal - Business Immigration Law (PERM) (remote)

Job Responsibilities:
- Build and apply a deep understanding of all steps of the PERM, I-140, and AOS processes, including drafting job descriptions and employment verification letters, submitting forms and requests to the Department of Labor, and collaborating with third-party providers throughout the recruitment process.
- Draft and organize forms and documents as directed by the Team Manager.
- Communicate with clients regarding visa instructions, approval notices, and welcome packages, alongside attorneys and more senior team members.
- Assist legal and administrative teams in requesting and organizing documents for new processes.
- Process and organize government correspondence, including receipt notices, approval notices, and requests for evidence.
- Enter data accurately and consistently into internal data management platforms.
- Work on other projects as directed by the Team Manager or attorney.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record is required, with a preference for STEM majors.
- 2-4 years of experience with the PERM process is required.
- Candidates must possess superb attention to detail, strong analytical, critical, and quantitative thinking skills.
- Excellent time management and organization skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize office software accurately and efficiently is necessary.
- Willingness to adapt to and embrace updates in office technology.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally is required.

Salary Information:
- Compensation ranges from $50,000 to $60,000, depending on experience and location.

Additional Information:
The position is remote, supporting the Boston office, but the candidate is expected to work according to West Coast business hours (Pacific Time) to meet specific client needs.
