Job Title: Wealth Advisor III

Job Responsibilities:
The Wealth Advisor III serves as the primary relationship advisor for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients, focusing on developing and deepening client relationships through high-level client service and delivering the full suite of wealth solutions. The role involves acquiring new clients by leveraging external networks and providing comprehensive wealth management advice. Key responsibilities include:

- Meeting revenue growth, profitability, and client retention goals by acquiring new clients through business development and expanding services to existing clients.
- Self-acquiring new business by being active and well-connected in the community.
- Acting as an expert-level advisor capable of handling challenging and complex banking relationships.
- Focusing on targeted prospecting and developing relationships with external referral sources.
- Collaborating with specialists and partners to support client service and business development efforts, including credit, mortgage, planning, investment, trust and fiduciary services, and insurance services.
- Using advanced credit knowledge to lead conversations and advice delivery with clients and prospects.
- Partnering with product specialists to deliver solutions to clients' financial needs and enhance existing relationships.
- Thriving in a team-based approach to deliver comprehensive wealth solutions.
- Acting as a role model for other wealth advisors and associates while championing the company’s culture, mission, and values.
- Establishing and maintaining business relationships with internal and external centers of influence.
- Staying updated on changing economic, legal, financial planning, investment trends, and market issues impacting affluent clients.
- Maintaining appropriate legal, operating, and regulatory controls to manage risk and compliance.
- Exercising sound judgment on expense and operational efficiency.

Education and Experience Information:
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Maintains proper licenses including Series 7, Series 66, and the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) Exam as applicable, along with Life, Health, and Variable insurance licenses.
- 8 or more years of sales and client management experience in wealth management with a demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of high net and ultra-high net worth clients.
- Successful track record in interpersonal, sales, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Advanced credit knowledge with a proven track record of working complex credit deals.
- Proven working knowledge of deposit, credit, and investment products.
- Experience in a goal-based, results-driven sales environment.
- Ability to thrive and actively participate in a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
- Must be SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliant within 30 days of employment, including new or transfer of registration and applicable NMLS background check.
