Job Title: Contract Patent Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Preparing and filing foreign and domestic patent applications, statements of use, extensions of time, amendments to allege use, renewals, and other filings.
- Managing the docket of matters by assigning new matters to attorneys and reviewing the docket daily to ensure matters are completed on schedule.
- Providing exceptional support to clients during business hours as needed.
- Maintaining accurate and current client information within files, databases, and filings to the Patent and Trademark Office (PTO).
- Performing additional responsibilities related to patent prosecution and litigation as assigned.
- Communicating effectively with clients, team members, and attorneys.
- Conducting research and performing docketing tasks.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of 3 years of patent paralegal experience is required.
- Strong computer and technical skills are necessary.
- Strong phone communication skills are required.
- Willingness to learn new software is essential.
