Legal Assistant/Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
The legal assistant/administrative assistant will be responsible for a range of duties within a busy no-fault collections law firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Working independently and as part of the team to manage and analyze cases.
- Conducting file reviews and engaging in settlement negotiations.
- Utilizing various case management platforms to handle tasks efficiently.
- Preparing cases and identifying relevant documents.
- Communicating effectively with attorneys.
- Demonstrating the ability to respond creatively and resourcefully to a variety of tasks and situations.
- Employing strong organizational and communication skills to ensure attention to detail.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have experience working in a no-fault law firm and handling high-volume tasks. While prior experience is a plus, the law firm is willing to train the right candidate. Candidates should possess:
- Common knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary Information:
The position offers a full-time salary ranging from $50, to $55, per year.
