Summary: King & Spalding, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join their Human Resources team in New York City, Washington ., or Atlanta. The manager will work with various departments in the Business Services team and will be responsible for providing a top-notch recruiting experience, sourcing and screening candidates, and managing stakeholder and candidate expectations. Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager - Business Services (Remote, Full Time)

Salary Information: The anticipated full-time annualized salary range is $130,000 - $170,000 in New York City and Washington .

Experience Information: Minimum of 5 years experience in a talent acquisition role, preferably in a law firm or professional services environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch recruiting experience from start to finish, including communication, intake meetings, interviews, new hire paperwork, and onboarding
- Prepare and post job descriptions
- Perform direct sourcing, screen candidates, and deliver talent assessments
- Review candidate resumes, coordinate interview schedules, and assess interview evaluations
- Produce appropriate correspondence and maintain accurate records
- Assist in maintaining the applicant tracking system
- Identify and report on recruiting KPIs
- Participate in firm-wide recruiting initiatives and other projects as requested

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a talent acquisition role
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Experience working with hiring leaders and interview support teams
- Exceptional candidate management, screening, and closing skills
- Comfort managing 15 to 20 requisitions at a time
