Data Privacy Senior Counsel
The candidate should preferably have 10+ years of experience working either at a law firm or as in-house counsel advising clients with data privacy laws and regulations, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Experience drafting online privacy policies, data processing agreements, transfer impact assessments, and DPIAs is preferred. Knowledge and experience working with ad tech compliance issues also is preferred. A CIPPUS or CIPM certification is strongly preferred. Must have an excellent academic record with superb writing and negotiating skills. Should have an active Bar license in the state corresponding with the office to which one is applying or commit to obtaining one as soon as possible.
