Job Title: Workplace Experience Host

Job Responsibilities:
The Workplace Experience Host plays a vital role within the law firm's Workplace Experience team, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all personnel and external visitors. Key responsibilities include:
- Greeting all personnel and external visitors warmly and professionally.
- Anticipating guest needs by understanding in-office services and work areas.
- Providing first-line technology assistance, ensuring audiovisual equipment is functional and ready in advance, including computers, phones, microphones, docking notebooks, connecting peripherals, and offering first-level videoconferencing support.
- Collaborating with the Workplace Experience 24/7 team to maintain Workplace Experience and other relevant inbox communication.
- Executing various support tasks such as booking conference rooms and visitor offices, ordering taxis, logging or handling minor repairs, print and mail support, HVAC adjustment inquiries, accessing card loans, and ordering supplies.
- Protecting and maintaining highly sensitive, confidential, privileged, financial, and proprietary information that the law firm retains.

Education and Experience Information:
- A high school diploma or an equivalent is required.
- A minimum of two years of experience in hospitality or customer service management is necessary.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Workplace Experience Host position is between USD $60, and USD $63, per year.
