The law firm of Oblon is currently seeking experienced Patent Agents or Technical Advisors with a strong background in patent application drafting and prosecution to join our dynamic team in Alexandria, VA.

About the Position:
- Full-time, on-site position at our Alexandria office
- Minimum of 2 years experience in patent application drafting in a law firm setting required
- Technical background in semiconductors, electrical or computer engineering preferred
- Experience in software and AI technologies is highly desired
- Master's or Doctorate in relevant field a plus
- Superior technical knowledge, writing, and communication skills required
- Responsibilities include drafting patent applications, responding to office actions, and communicating with clients
- Competitive compensation package and potential for career growth within the firm

Salary Information:
- Annual salary range of $115,000 - $140,000
- Salary offered will depend on qualifications and experience
