Salary: $115,000 – $180,000 per year + bonuses
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid work model after 90 days)

Are you a skilled attorney with experience in Personal Injury Protection (PIP) Litigation? Do you want to join a growing law firm and gain valuable civil litigation experience? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
Our law firm, known as **Members Only**, is seeking a PIP Plaintiff Attorney to join our team. We specialize in multiple areas of law and offer room for growth and development. In this role, you will have the opportunity to manage a significant caseload from start to finish, attend hearings and trials, and prepare various litigation documents.
We are looking for a motivated and driven individual who is willing to market and bring in business. This role also requires the ability to develop relationships with clients and insurance carriers. Travel to different courthouses and locations is expected.
To be considered for this position, you must be a Good Standing Member of the Florida Bar with excellent academic credentials. Strong writing, communication, and interpersonal skills are also required. Additionally, you should have experience evaluating files for litigation and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $180,000 per year, with bonuses based on performance. Our office is located in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and for the first 90 days, you will be required to work onsite. After that, we offer a hybrid work model. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Fort Lauderdale before starting work.
