Job Summary:
The Senior Counsel will support the execution of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other Treasury matters. This role will require working on multiple transactions simultaneously and partnering with Corporate Development to formulate strategy and advise senior management on legal considerations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee legal matters through all stages of the transaction process
- Brief senior management on legal aspects of transactions
- Anticipate and protect against legal risks for **Members Only**
- Stay current with M&A trends and regulatory developments
- Coordinate legal aspects of acquisitions and dispositions
- Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents
- Prepare regulatory filings
- Conduct research and advise senior management on legal matters

Minimum Qualifications:
- JD with minimum of 5 years' experience with top law firm
- M&A and corporate experience, including global cross-border transactions
- Member of the bar in at least one state

Skills and Capabilities:
- Highly motivated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong ethics and judgment
- Team player, able to collaborate with colleagues in various functions

Salary Range: $128, - $231,
