Job Title: Associate Attorney - Insurance Coverage

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct file reviews and provide legal analysis on claims and causes of action.
- Perform extensive legal research and draft substantial briefs, memos, pleadings, and appellate briefs.
- Meet an annual billable requirement of 1950 hours.
- Regularly represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and depositions.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Engage in expert witness retention and collaboration.
- Prepare for and attend trials.
- Some travel may be required for the role.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Juris Doctor (.) degree from an American Bar Association (ABA)-approved law school is required.
- Admission to practice in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory; admission to other states is advantageous but not necessary.
- Preferred experience includes 2+ years in insurance coverage, although it is not strictly required.
- Candidates must possess superior analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid research abilities and excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
