Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide litigation support and case management.
- Organize large caseloads effectively.
- Conduct discovery and trial preparation.
- Assist at trial as required.
- Ensure familiarity and compliance with California and Federal rules of civil procedure.
- Maintain client contact and manage document review and production.
- Draft and respond to discovery requests.
- Prepare and index exhibits.
- Conduct investigation and research.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- ABA approved Paralegal certificate is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of trial and litigation paralegal experience is mandatory.
- Significant knowledge of court rules, calendaring, e-filing, and procedures is essential.
- Proven litigation skills are necessary.
- Experience with litigation support software such as Summation Pro, Relativity, or comparable is required.
- Excellent analytical and written communication skills are needed.
- Familiarity with trial presentation software such as Sanction or Trial Director is advantageous.
- Experience in Environmental/Toxic Tort is considered a plus.

Salary Information:
- The yearly salary range for this position is between $45,000 and $90,000.
- The actual salary offered may vary above or below the identified range based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, and the location where the position is filled.
