Job Title: Proposal Specialist - Marketing & Business Development (Remote Option Available)

Job Description:

- Act as a Proposal Specialist for Ballard Spahr, a renowned national law firm with over 600 lawyers and 15 offices across the United States
- Collaborate with lead attorneys and Business Development Managers to develop proposal strategies and positioning
- Independently manage RFP responses and coordinate with various departments within the firm
- Maintain proposal milestones schedule and ensure timely delivery of final product
- Assist with experience database rollout
- Work remotely if located in a State with a Ballard presence

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or writing
- 3-5 years of experience in a proposal role, preferably at a law firm or professional services firm
- Excellent communication, project management, and client service skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic understanding of systems
- Keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
