Legal Assistant/Office Assistant/Paralegal The candidate duties include preparing, drafting/formatting, and reviewing legal documents; maintaining client files; data entry; preparing attorneys for conferences, depositions, hearings, and mediation; answering phones; greeting clients and visitors to the office; and project work as assigned. A High school or equivalent is preferred. Paralegal Certificate from an ABA Approved Program is preferred. Should be reliable individual with a positive attitude, who likes to be part of a successful team.
