- Coordinate all technical aspects of mobilizing client records into and out of the law firm
- Collaborate with various departments and staff to ensure compliance with information governance processes and procedures
- Utilize expert understanding of electronic client data to collect, analyze, and securely transport data
- Retrieve matter data from newly integrated attorneys and coordinate with IT department at prior firm
- Communicate with attorneys and track received data
- Advise on opening new matters and provide cross-referencing of old to new matters
- Design and write SQL scripts for efficient data analysis and reporting
- Stay updated on industry trends and evolving technology
- Additional duties as assigned

Requirements:
-
- Minimum of 5 years experience in data migration, 3 years in matter mobility preferred
- Prior experience with PL/SQL & SQL Plus
- Proficient in SQL and Excel
- Knowledge of document management systems, preferably iManage
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines accurately
- Excellent teamwork and client service skills

Working Environment and Physical Demands:
- Office setting, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and fax machines
- Sedentary work, with occasional walking and standing
- Close visual acuity required for data analysis and reading
