The Law Firm of Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney in their Phoenix, AZ office. This is a great opportunity to join a premier Plaintiff PI firm and learn about Personal Injury, specifically Premises Liability. As a Pre-Suit Attorney, you will have a crucial role in the firm and work alongside experienced lawyers who are dedicated to mentoring and advising new attorneys in the field. This is a chance to make a meaningful impact and contribute to our mission of fighting for consumer rights.
Responsibilities:
- Handling all pre-litigation work on a daily basis
- Completing the Flip-to-Lit approval process
- Guiding clients through the case process
- Drafting and filing pre-litigation documents
- Obtaining TD approval for liability issues
- Overseeing settlement negotiations and demand package formation
- Managing the release approval process
- Leading a team of 6-10 Case Managers
- Focusing on personal injury cases, specifically automotive
- Driving compliance and KPIs amongst the team
- Conducting EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements
Requirements:
- Law degree from an accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the AZ State Bar Association
- At least 1 year of experience in personal injury law
- Ability to handle a high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with long-term career goals
- Exceptional writing and oral advocacy skills
