Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager

Job Responsibilities
The Attorney Represented Bodily Injury Claims Manager is responsible for managing a team of Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Adjusters. The role requires the individual to provide exceptional claims and inquiry service through chat while motivating and managing a team of ten to fifteen adjuster staff or vendors. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the implementation of operational initiatives to achieve Claim, Discipline, Claims Service Area (CSA), and Company business objectives.
- Developing strategies to enhance employee performance and ensure expert execution of claim processes.
- Monitoring staffing levels and workloads, providing coaching and mentoring, and participating in performance reviews.
- Managing customer conflicts and assisting in establishing unit goals and objectives.
- Delivering compassionate service that is fast, fair, and easy to ensure customer retention.
- Frequently participating in special projects as a subject matter expert.
- Managing and overseeing the performance of vendors.
- Overseeing responses to highly complex arbitration contentions.
- Overseeing the negotiation of highly complex claim settlements.
- Overseeing the resolution of highly complex customer conflicts or issues.
- Analyzing unit reports to support the achievement of business unit objectives.
- Defining, analyzing, and tracking department, section, and/or unit measures.
- Reviewing employee work quality and interactions with customers through conducting ride-alongs, sit-alongs, and file reviews.

Education
- 4-year

Experience
- 5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

This job includes supervisory duties, requiring the management and motivation of a team of adjusters or vendors.
