- Collaborate on HRIS projects and manage relationships with consultants and partners
- Support data integrity, security, and compliance in Workday
- Mentor junior HRIS Analysts

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of Workday HRIS experience, with a focus on reporting and analytics
- Strong understanding of Workday's advanced reporting tools
- Knowledge of Workday Payroll functionality is a plus
- Experience with Workday Prism Analytics preferred
- Experience working with third-party administrators, carriers, and vendors

Salary Information:

The actual base pay offered for this position will depend on the selected candidate's qualifications, experience, and location. The anticipated pay range is as follows:

- San Francisco and Silicon Valley: $116,875 - $158,125 per year
- Austin, Boston, Boulder, District of Columbia, Los Angeles, New York, San Diego, Seattle, and Wilmington: $105,400 - $142,600 per year
- Salt Lake City and all other locations: $93,500 - $126,500 per year

In addition, the compensation for this position may include a discretionary year-end merit bonus based on performance. Wilson Sonsini offers a highly competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
